The TFSTM hardware platform is easily configurable to scan particular wavelength band(s) where the target compounds have absorption signal. Our advanced spectral processing algorithm ensures that maximum sensitivity is achieved and cross-interference is minimized. Customer can now deploy all-optical, unattended sensor system for monitoring the composition of hydrocarbon gases (C1-C5) exiting the well bore which provides crucial information about the drilling formation that would save time and money.
Trace water-in-methanol - solvent purity measurement Liquid water (H20) High-sensitivity trace-level measurement of water in organic solvent was performed on-line, continuously in real-time. Parts-per-million sensitivity (10-ppm detection limit) was achieved which previously could only be achieved by the Karl-Fischer titration method.
Sulfur monitoring in gas feedstock for fuel cell power plant H2S, DMS, DMDS, COS Trace level sulfur measurement (<200 ppb) was needed to ensure that the sulfur content of the fuel gas was less than necessary to ensure proper operation of the fuel cell. Previously, there was no reliable on-line monitoring solution due to various interference and stability issues affecting 'traditional' electro-chemical based detectors.
Production of high-accuracy ethanol calibration gas Ethanol Fast and highly accurate analyzer system was needed for ethanol calibration gas standards. Precisive's OXS-3100-HC configured for ethanol gas was selected due to its sub-ppm repeatability and high stability.
