Our versatile Tunable Filter Spectroscopy™ sensor platform can be customized to a wide variety of applications rapidly. Systems are available for gases and liquids. We work with our customers to provide optimal solutions in both performance and cost. The following standard product series are currently offered: OXS-3100 Series – Gas Composition Monitor Gas composition analyzer designed for on-line process monitoring and control. It monitors gases from ppm to percent levels with sub-second update rate. Measurable gases include CO, CO2, NOx, SF6, NF3, HCl, H2O, hydrocarbons, CFCs and many others. OXS-4100 Series – Trace Gas Monitor The analyzer is designed for high sensitivity measurement requiring low ppm to ppb detection limits. In a single compact 19-inch rack mount, it can monitor up to eight user-selected compounds, thus eliminating the need for multi-sensor integration. An embedded, solenoid controlled, two-inlet sampling system enables programmable automatic zeroing, calibration verification and/or multiplexing. OXS-100 OptiXsense™ In-Line Process Gas Analyzer for OEMs The OXS-100 OptiXsense™ Optical Gas Analyzer is a high-performance low-cost solution for composition and trace gas monitoring. Employing the same innovative tunable filter spectroscopic engine as our other analyzers, the OptiXsense™ enables high accuracy multi-gas analysis in a compact package and is ideally suited for volume quantity applications currently requiring multiple NDIR sensors. Our offering also includes the following application specific products: OXS-4105 On-Line Moisture Analyzer Our On-Line Moisture Analyzer simplifies trace level monitoring of moisture, enabling true on-line real-time monitoring. The simplicity & low-cost of our analyzer represents a ideal solution for on-line and continuous process monitoring applications. OXS-3110/4110 On-Line Hydrocarbon Analyzer An IR based on-line monitoring system suitable for various hydrocarbon gas composition analysis applications. Our analyzer is capable of accurately separating hydrocarbon components such as speciating C1 – C4 including alkanes, alkenes and alkynes, as well as total hydrocarbon content. Our Gas Analyzer simplifies trace level monitoring of CO, CO2, THC (total hydrocarbon) and H2O in many non-corrosive gases including N2, Air, O2, He, Ar and Ne and specialty gases. This all-integrated solution offers many benefits to the current multi-sensor approach, greatly simplifying plumbing and electronics integration, communication, calibration and maintenance. |
